I wish I had known about Fit 4 Two during my pregnancy as I would of loved to attend a prenatal fitness class where I knew we were doing exercises that are safe during pregnancy. Instead I was the girl who was 8 months pregnant on the eliptical with my huge belly jiggling around and every second person at the gym asking when I was due and/or looking at me like I was a crazy person. I think because many woman hear the wrong information about exercising during pregnancy they would just rather not exercise at all instead of "risking it". Exercise during pregnancy has many benefits as long as you are doing exercises correctly and understand what things you can and can't do. A prental fitness class with a certified instructor is the best way to go in my opinion. You`ll feel safe, get a good workout, have fun and meet other expectant moms from your community.
